I was looking for a spare battery for my Sony cybershot P100 camera. I wanted the battery for the model specified 2. I wanted the delivery to be made in a business day as my trek to the Himalayas was due in just 3 days. Very unlikely for an online store, my call was answered promptly and was assured that I would receive my battery in a business day. I would have to pay a reasonable amount for express delivery. I was amazed with the number of follow up calls they made till I received my battery. I had trouble in paying online due to connectivity issues . Mahesh from gadgets. in patiently explained the alternatives. In fact he went the extra mile to check with DTDC when my courier was dropped in my office mail room and I wasn’t aware as neither my office folks nor DTDC informed me. It might be early for me to comment on the product, but the service was exceptional. The courtesy, care, ownership and exceptional customer service was inspiring. I work for a customer service industry too and I will quote this example in every training and forum involving customer service.
