First of all this was the only place I got the product which was not available anywhere else in India at least. I checked with Croma, Vijay Sales, Shoppers Stop, Alfa, as well as a couple of Creative Dealers but couldnt get the product that I was looking for. I even contact Creative directly for the Zen V Plus and they said it was a discontinued product and it was impossible to get this product in India atleast. All they could offer me was Zen V Stone. Finally after calling Just Dial and googling a lot I landed on this site. Awesome service given to me. They went out of their way to help me place my order. Post sales service was indeed unexpected. They actually called be back which I didn\'t expect specially when I was sitting in Mumbai and they are in Delhi. They also ensured that I got my product delivered on time. All my life I have ordered stuff over mail order in US and it was a wonderful experience in India to be able to order stuff over the internet. Ordering was easy and clear, Shipping was free, updates about my shipment were regular, delivery was prompt, quality of packing & presentation was good and finally the most important, the product was as expected.
