All my life I have ordered stuff over mail order in US and it was a wonderful experience in India to be able to order stuff over the internet. Ordering was easy and clear, Shipping was free, updates about my shipment were regular, delivery was prompt, quality of packing & presentation was good and finally the most important, the product was as expected.
