I was looking for a spare battery for my Sony cybershot P100 camera. In fact he went the extra mile to check with DTDC when my courier was dropped in my office mail room and I wasn’t aware as neither my office folks nor DTDC informed me. It might be early for me to comment on the product, but the service was exceptional. The courtesy, care, ownership and exceptional customer service was inspiring. I work for a customer service industry too and I will quote this example in every training and forum involving customer service.
