First of all this was the only place I got the product which was not available anywhere else in India at least. I checked with Croma, Vijay Sales, Shoppers Stop, Alfa, as well as a couple of Creative Dealers but couldnt get the product that I was looking for. I even contact Creative directly for the Zen V Plus and they said it was a discontinued product and it was impossible to get this product in India atleast. All they could offer me was Zen V Stone. Finally after calling Just Dial and googling a lot I landed on this site. Awesome service given to me. They went out of their way to help me place my order. Post sales service was indeed unexpected. They actually called be back which I didn't expect specially when I was sitting in Mumbai and they are in Delhi. They also ensured that I got my product delivered on time.
