Now A Laptop Carry Case That Alerts You When You Have Mail

Seems like Windows Sideshow technology is taking over the show in the gizmo market. People with a fad for showing off the latest gadgets in the market are all eager to grab the laptop bag from Eleksen, the well known makers of fabrics that work with electronic gadgets whenever it is launched, that is. So what is new with this laptop bag? Well it will come with Vista's Sideshow technology sewn right onto the flap of the laptop carry case. Imagine a laptop carry case with a small but high resolution 2.5 inch TFT display and a 1GB storage space gizmo on the flap that alerts you whenever you have mail!
That is exactly what the latest laptop carry bag from Eleksen is all about. The little gadget is controlled by a 7 key fabric keypad sewn onto the flap of the carry case and is easily accessible even while traveling in crowded busses or commuter trains. Eleksen displayed the prototype of the device at CES and is in the process of licensing the product to manufacturers for product integration. These Sideshow-enabled carry cases are slated to hit the market by the summer of 07. The price is estimated to be in the region of 250 dollars. Gadgets.in feels it is the price to pay if you are one of those who need to check their mail every few minutes.
