How do I place an Order?

6. If you are a new customer,  select the register / guest option and click "Continue"

How do I cancel an order?
Kindly send us an e-mail with the order number. We will go ahead and cancel the same if it has not shipped yet.

Can I place an Order on the Phone using my Credit Card?
Yes you may place an order on the phone during office hours and charge the same securely using your Visa or Master Card. This will be done through a secure mobile gateway. To pay for an order you will need to send an SMS - PAY GADGETS XXXX CC to 5667766 where XXXX is the amount being paid. You will then receive an IVR call during which you will be asked to enter your credit card details. The information would then be validated and a confirmation SMS will be sent to you.

What Cities do you deliver to?
We use a variety of logistic companies that deliver to virtually most parts of the country. Occasionally we will find a city that is not served by the logistic companies. In such situations we can usually send your package by Indian Postal Service.

How long will it take for me to get delivery?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery time will vary based on your location. Most packages get delivered within 2-4 days.

How do I track the exact delivery status?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB no. The package can be tracked on the courier company's web site.

During what hours of the day can I expect delivery?
Deliveries are made during office hours 9am to 6pm.

Will I be informed of the exact time of delivery?
The couriers deliver during office hours and for more specific details you can contact the courier company directly.

What happens if I am not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?
The courier will leave you a delivery card for you to contact them in order to re-arrange delivery.

Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it?
People in your household can sign for the parcel but they will be asked for some proof of identification.

What is Octroi and who pays for it?
Octroi is a tax collected by the Government for goods entering in the metros city limits. An Octroi charge has to be borne by the buyer. Such a charge will be collected on delivery by the courier person. Please note not all cities have such a charge.

What is the Shipping Charge?
Most of products have Free Shipping.  Free shipping is not applicable for deliveries outside of India.
The shipping charge of a product if any is displayed during the check out process.  If you pick the express delivery option while placing yor order you will be charged Rs 150 for the same.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do deliver most items world wide. Items not shipped outside of India include the following: Cell Phones, Notebooks, PDA, and some other high value items. Additional shipping charges do apply for deliveries outside of India.

What if an item received is defective?
Kindly give us a call and speak to our customer care representative and obtain an RMA number.
Return the defective item to us within 2 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it.
Please put the RMA number on your package.
Only packages having an RMA number are accepted.

Can I return the product if I am not happy with it?
Products once sold cannot be returned.
However, if a product is found defective it will be replaced.


What kind of warranty do you offer?
All products are covered by the manufacturer's 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

If you referred a friend by filling out his name and email id in your Account Dashboard, we would track any purchases made by that e-mail id and once the first purchase is made we would credit your account with reward points.

If you referred a person by posting your permanent link on a social media site, we would be able to track any clicks to that link and if a purchase is completed by the person who clicks on your posted permanent link we will credit your account with reward points.
